Canon Pixma MP258

After winning the March's Cano Scanography contest courtesy of Canon Company, I've already received my prize.  It's a brand new Canon Pixma MP258, a compact and stylish all-in-one photo printer.  My brother and I tested the printer and I'm so amazed about its features and capability..

PRINT.  We tested the printing capability of the printer.  The print speed is approximately 7.0 ipm for black and 4.8 ipm for colored with a maximum resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi.  It can also print 4R borderless photo at least approximately 56 seconds

SCAN.   After printing we tested the scanning capability and I'll tell you, it scan so fast unlike the other scanner.  Resolution approximately 600 x 1200 dpi and scanning bit depth up to 48 bit for the input and 24 bit for the output.  And it has an auto scan mode that allows automation in scanning.

COPY.  After scanning we tried the copier.  It can copy approximately 6.3 cpm black and 2.7 cpm for colored. 

OTHER FEATURES.  Automatic opening output tray prevents paper jams when the tray is closed and quick start that allows you to begin operations a few seconds after powering on.
