Free Tickets to BlizzCon 2010

ASUS Republic of Gamers is giving away 6 tickets to BlizzCon 2010 for becoming a fan of the ROG Facebook fanpage and completing a quick quiz. BlizzCon 2010 will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center on October 22 and October 23, 2010.

So what is BlizzCon? BlizzCon is a celebration of the Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo franchises and the communities that surround them. This two-day event will contain Q&A panels featuring Blizzard Entertainment developers, social events for players and developers to meet one another, hands-on gameplay featuring your favorite Blizzard Entertainment games, casual and competitive tournaments, and more.

So what should you do to win a ticket for BlizzCon 2010?

1. Information on How to Play and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences on 17th Sep. 2010 at 9:00 AM (GMT+8) and concludes on 1st Oct. 2010 at 11:59:59 PM (GMT+8) (“Promotional Period”).
3. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
   Entrants are eligible for lucky draw with following qualifications:
   - Click “Like” to be ROG Facebook Fanpage to access the application;
   - Answer the daily question to get the correct answer
   - Ask for permission to share feeds to Facebook Walls.
   - Fill out the personal information to enter the sweepstake
   - Invite friends to join the campaign.
   
4. The drawings and winners announcement commence on
   27th Sep. 2010 (GMT+8)
   4th Oct. 2010 (GMT+8)
   (“Drawing Date”).

• a. Each facebook account would be counted once for the lucky draw per day; An Eligible Entrant may only win one prize.
• b. The prize winners will be announced on eDM, ROG Facebook Fanpage, and ROG site on Drawing Dates; who will be contacted by email and should feedback the contact information within 72 hours, otherwise, the prize will be released for other fans.
• c. The prize will contain ticket only.

6. The ASTP reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant.
7. The ASTP accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
8. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize which is not used within the specified period, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
9. In the event that a prize is not available despite the ASTP’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the ASTP reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
10. The ASTP accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
11. To the extent permitted by law, the ASTP is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or taking a prize.
12. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the ASTP reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
13. The ASTP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to an Eligible Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion. 14. The ASTP reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of ASTP, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions or who has, in the opinion of ASTP, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or ASTP. The ASTP reserves the right to disqualify a winner if ASTP becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause. 15. All entries become the property of the ASTP. The ASTP collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
