Fisher Farms Products: A Mix of Great Taste and Healthy Food

Fisher Farms products are commonly made from milkfish or bangus. Bangus as we know it has the most number of bones and is perhaps one of the hardest to eat at the dining table. This is perhaps also the main reason why you would like to try Fisher Farms because they have removed that major blunder in our favorite Philippine fish.

Fisher Farms grows its milkfish in the pristine seawaters of Pangasinan in fish cages for a sweeter, more flavorful, firmer and cleaner fish. Only high protein feeds are given to farmed fish to produce high-quality fish meat. Fisher Farms’ Gourmet Baked Rellenong Bangus is available in leading supermarkets in Metro Manila and around the country.

I was lucky to be selected to try out their products which includes Smoked Deboned Milkfish, Smoked Deboned Milkfish, Fish Nuggets, Garlic Fish Longaniza, Fish Hungarian Sausage, Bangus Lemon Butter, and the very popular Gourmet Baked Rellenong Bangus.

The first product which I decided to try out was Gourmet Baked Rellenong Bangus, simply because relleno is my favorite. The food needed to be heated in an oven but unfortunately since we have no overn, I have to pan-fry it which destroyed its looks but not its taste. My kids and I together with my friends present during that time all agreed that this is one of the best tasting rellenong bangus that they have ever tried. I wonder how much this would cost if I do buy another one.

Having a very good experience with the first product from Fisher Farms we decided to experience the whole set of products in the next days. My kids went on to cook the other food and they were all thumbs up for all of the products that we did receive.

One thing that I did notice from Fisher Farms products is the fact that you will not even notice that you are eating fish when it comes to their longganiza, nuggests and sausage. In fact you might even confuse them for meat. Plus their bangus is 100% boneless, and that makes it purely enjoyable.
