TCLS Mortgage Loan Processor Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in processing US Mortgage is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
- Good communication and excellent time management skills.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift.
TCLS Mortgage Loan Processor Job Functions
- Reviews file when received and requests missing documents needed to submit a file to initial underwriting.
- Reviews UW approval and order appropriate documents including title work, hazard insurance, flood cert and flood insurance if required.
- Reviews document received for accuracy to ensure it satisfies UW condition, upload documents in the LOS, and link document to UW condition
- Track request to be completed & conditions not yet satisfied and diligently make necessary follow up in order to meet scheduled closing.
